A little information from Valerie...
As my involvement with photography grew, I began to combine my vocation with my life long passion for horses and the ranching lifestyle. My years of experience in working fairs, arenas and branding pens, along with my time in the saddle helping customers, neighbors and friends in outdoor settings, has enabled me to develop the skills necessary to capture candid images and action shots of keepsake quality while on horseback in rough country.
Without this skill these images would be much more difficult to take from the ground, and not interrupt the work in the process. This attitude and skill is appreciated by my subjects and enables me to work in adverse conditions successfully from California to Eastern South Dakota.
